PNP meets with your team to identify job requirements, organizational strategy, cultural demands, timeline, and offers expert guidance.

The Executive Recruiter develops a comprehensive Position Summary and Search Strategy, and upon approval, starts your talent search.

PNP vets, analyzes and selects a comprehensive slate of 3-7 Top Candidates that best meet your needs.

Selected candidate finalists are presented to you for review & interview, along with the recruiters summary on the candidate’s skills and fit.

Interviews are scheduled and upon executive feedback and final selection, receive final reference checks and other verifications as required.

PNP negotiates the Employment Offer, and the candidate’s start date.

Onboarding, coaching and other capacity building services are available once the search is concluded.
